Well, finally got Ma Bell to sit up and do -something-. They're "submitting a ticket to the RF engineering department" again, but this time I at least got a $100 (and then, after the CSR spoke with his supervisor, $125) bill credit. That's a month of service, which will keep me placated until the promised call-back ("In seven to fourteen business days") happens.
Also, Halo Reach launches Tuesday. Guess who's stuck working the midnight launch party?
Hint: Me.
